Cuba Gooding Jr. Gets a Break! Female Bartender Drops ALL Charges!

Congrats to Cuba Gooding Jr!  He is no longer a wanted man!

TMZ is reporting that the bartender Cuba allegedly shoved late Monday night has decided to drop all charges against the actor.

An arrest warrant was issued for the 44-year-old after he allegedly pushed the female bartender twice at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street.  The bartender had asked Cuba to leave after he started to cause a scene when fans asked to take his photo.

Bar managers at The Old Absinthe have released a statement, saying that “While we continue to investigate this matter internally, we are hopeful that this will put an end to the matter.”
