UNREAL VIDEO: I Can’t Believe It’s Not Water!

CGI WaterThat’s right – no water was harmed in this video, because none of the water IS real. It’s all computer imagery. No wonder a pretty innocuous video has gone viral.

Says the uploader, Schosch Productions: This one took quite some time to setup and finetune. Neither Blender’s internal render engine nor Yafaray produced acceptable results, so I decided to use LuxRender in unbiased MLT mode.¬†Combined with a custom HDR background image lighting the scene, it delivers very realistic output at the cost of astronomic render times. One frame out of 710 took about 22 minutes to render, but without a good noise filter it would have taken at least twice as long.

(Editor’s note: I understand none of that.)

  1. Thanks for your post. One other thing gipelris is when you are advertising your property all on your own, one of the issues you need to be cognizant of upfront is how to deal with home inspection reports. As a FSBO seller, the key to successfully switching your property in addition to saving money about real estate agent profits is awareness. The more you know, the smoother your sales effort are going to be. One area exactly where this is particularly critical is reports.
