Charlie Sheen is still ‘winning’ a pile of cash in his settlement against “Two and a Half Men” creator Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. Television – but not as much as he was suing for.

Sheen had filed a $100 million wrongful termination lawsuit after losing his role on the hit sitcom, but a source told the Los Angeles Times that the settlement came in at roughly 25 million.  The payout for syndication payments and DVD sales are reportedly still to be worked out. This amount was to be compensation for the episodes he had already taped.

Warner Bros. confirmed the news of a settlement in a statement today, saying all three parties “have resolved their dispute” to “mutual satisfaction.” “The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties.  The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement…”
