The new trailer for THE AVENGERS that hit the web this week has set some new internet records.

The new trailer for THE AVENGERS that hit the web this week has set some new internet records. In it’s first 24 hours, it was downloaded 13.7 million times just on iTunes alone! That beat previous record-holder, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, which was downloaded 12.5 million times back in December.
Ironically enough, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES defeated the first AVENGERS trailer back in December, which had 10 million views. It’s kind of like it took back the title, no?
