Director Tony Scott Has Been Cremated

Without any more answers as to why, the life of one of our favorite directors is finished.

Access Hollywood is reporting that director Tony Scott has been cremated.

The site confirms that Scott’s widow will keep his remains at their Los Angeles-area home.

Scott jumped from a Los Angeles bridge last Sunday in an apparent suicide.  His note did not give any reason for his actions.

Scott’s family announced Monday that they have created a memorial scholarship at the American Film Institute to honor his creative legacy.
