Aside from the horrible photo quality, where her eyes are actually CLOSED, the big question I’ve got is, SERIOUSLY with this handpainted height chart?!? This is the best they can do? Is this precinct operated by precocious children?
Oh right – here’s the story…Apple was arrested for hashish possession at a West Texas Border Patrol checkpoint. A drug-sniffing dog likely got a rewarded with a treat after sniffing out the stuff on her tour bus.
A spokesman for the Hudspeth County sheriff’s office (which, again, judging from this height chart, could very well be the same guy that replenishes the vending machine when it runs out of Sun Chips), says Apple spent Wednesday night in the county jail in Sierra Blanca. She eventually posted the $10,000 bail and was released.
