Yo Dawg! Randy Jackson Is Back As An “American Idol” Judge!

Yo, Randy!  You’re safe, Dawg!

TMZ is reporting that the producers at “American Idol” want Jackson back at the Judges table!

The move comes after negotiations with Enrique Iglesias fell through.  Sources tell the site that the lone original judge, who was never very happy with the idea of being downgraded to “mentor” status, is very close to signing his deal.

It seems like the producers have to start tying up loose ends.  Auditions for the 12th season of the hit FOX show start in less than two weeks, and while Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj are still negotiating their contracts, only Mariah Carey has been officially signed on so far.
