VIDEO: Jerry Seinfeld And Michael Richards Talk TV, Friendship, And That Infamous Rant

The two are clearly friends who care about each other. Michael opens up about the infamous racist rant he shouted in a comedy club seven years ago, when some people heckled him. It's a moment that still tortures him.

Jerry Seinfeld is a gazillionaire, so he is fortunate enough to spend time working only on things he thinks are fun and entertaining. His latest project is a series of web videos called Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee. It’s a beautifully produced short chat with a fellow celebrity that leaves the viewer more enlightened about the two of them than most entertainment show interviews.

Especially this one, where Seinfeld takes former Seinfeld co-star Michael Richards along for the ride. Despite the fact that they don’t see as much of each other anymore, the two are clearly friends who care about each other, evidenced when Michael opens up about the infamous racist rant he shouted in a comedy club seven years ago, when some people heckled him. It’s a moment that still tortures him.
