All drug charges against the daughter of Jon Bon Jovi have officially been dropped.

NBC News is reporting that the Oneida County’s District Attorney office dropped all charges against Stephanie Bongiovi yesterday, citing the New York state law that prohibits the prosecution of people who had overdosed and were in possession of small amounts of drugs.

The 19-year-old Bongiovi was found unresponsive in a dorm room at Hamilton early Wednesday morning and was originally booked on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance (heroin), marijuana possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
