Linday Lohan’s Probation Is Officially Revoked!

Is Lindsay Lohan headed back to jail?!

NBC News is reporting that a Los Angeles judge has officially revoked Lohan’s probation in light of new charges over her June car accident.

The charges include reckless driving and lying to police after it came to light that Lohan was lying about not driving her Porsche when it smashed into the back of a truck.

Commissioner Jane Godfrey scheduled a hearing for January 15th to decide whether or not the 26-year-old should face jail time (which could amount to up to 245 days…), but TMZ is reporting that that probably will not happen, as Godfrey is not a fan of the slammer.

And in case you were wondering…where was Lohan when all this was taking place?  Following a boy band…Lohan has been following around The Wanted and her supposed hook up, Max George, across the country and is now overseas with them.
