While the news has yet to be officially confirmed by the NFL, reports say that Keys has signed on for the coveted gig, making it her third time on the Super Bowl stage.  (In 2005, Keys sang “America the Beautiful” with 150 students from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind.  Three years later in 2008, she returned to perform as part of the pregame show.)

Beyonce is set to perform at halftime, and ironically enough, the two will magically switch places this Monday at President Obama’s inauguration, with Beyonce set to sing the anthem and Keys ready to perform at the Commander-in-Chief’s Ball alongside Jennifer Hudson.
