After a boozy night in Atlanta where her husband Jim Toth was arrested for DWI and Witherspoon was arrested for disorderly conduct, the actress is apologizing for her “do you know my name” (aka ‘I’m a celebrity!’) funny business.

Here’s what she said: (via People)

reese witherspoon mugshot“Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say, I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I’m very sorry for my behavior.”

The daughter of Michael Jackson is denying online reports that she attempted suicide.

A source tells People Magazine that “Paris had an accident this morning that required medical treatment… She is currently resting at home and doing fine.”

Earlier Saturday, TMZ reported that the 20-year-old was placed on a 5150 hold following a suicide attempt. Such a hold is reserved for persons considered a danger to themselves.

A few hours later Bethenny Frankel tweeted about the story, a tweet that has since been deleted, but Paris responded on twitter with :Lies lies lies OMG and more lies.”

She then responded to TMZ herself with a more colorful expletive included. Both tweet respones are below…

Paris did not acknowledge any sort of accident, let alone a suicide. Whatever the truth is, just glad she’s okay.

OMGTL: Pauly D And Vinny Are Looking For Love On A Brand New Dating Show

Published

Why have a rose ceremony, when you can have a “bros” ceremony?!

Two of America’s favorite best friends and bachelors are turning to reality tv to help them find love. That’s right, Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino from MTV’s The Jersey Shore are tired of the single life and are ready to find their one true loves. Although finding someone they will love more than one another might prove to be tricky…

A Double Shot At Love will feature the two Jersey boys living in a mansion together with 20 women, all vying for a chance to fist bump their way to the altar. Can’t you just smell the tanning-lotion coated drama already?! While both bachelors have had pretty significant relationships in their lives (Pauly D even has a child from a previous relationship) they both are looking to settle down and find Mrs. Right. And who better to help with that than your bestie?

The entire premise reminds me of the VH1 reality-dating show golden years with hits such as Flavor Of LoveRock Of Love and I Love New York. And if you ask me, television has been absolutely dull since we were last blessed with those shows.

The new series premieres on Jerzday, April 11th on MTV. Click below to see the official, and funny, promo.

Why Mugshots of Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman May Not See The Light Of Day

In Hollywood, a juicy ‘celebrity in trouble’ story often includes a no frills mugshot, free of the flattering light and retouching that comes standard with Hollywood publicity pics.

Maybe never, say authorities.

In Hollywood, a juicy ‘celebrity in trouble’ story often includes a no frills mugshot, free of the flattering light and retouching that comes standard with Hollywood publicity pics. But the Department Of Justice is not Hollywood, and they’ve made it clear they have no intention of feeding the hungry celebrity obsessed culture with arrest photos of Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman.

There’s been plenty of outrage and gloating on social media over the arrests of those accused of cheating the system in Operation Varsity Blues.

But celebrities Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman, who have already been photographed and appeared before a judge, likely won’t see their mugshots released, if the Department of Justice has anything to say about it, (and they do.)

According to USA Today, “the DOJ and U.S. Marshals Services say their policies prohibit releasing the photos because doing so doesn’t serve the agencies’ needs if the person in question has already been apprehended. In other words, putting them out post-arrest only serves the public’s fascination.”

That’s true, and that public fascination is regularly fueled by the Los Angeles police department, which regularly releases all the mugshots of recently arrested suspects. In many cases mugshots become public record, but unless someone leaks the photo, it looks like the DOJ is going to avoid that.
