REALI-TEASE: Which ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta’ Star Just Got Fired?

Who gon’ check her, boo? Well Bravo apparently. That’s right, Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Shereé Whitfield has been stripped of her peach. Over the years Whitfield became famous for her numerous Housewife feuds, her She by Shereé clothing line, the lengthy completion of her mega mansion “Chateau Shereé,” and, of course, being the show’s self-proclaimed “bone collector.”

As Season 10 of the hit reality show concludes fans have been expressing their disappointment in Whitfield, feeling that she didn’t exactly bring the heat as she has in the past. Her latest storyline involved a romance with a Tyrone Gilliams, who is currently serving 10 years in prison for his involvement in wire fraud schemes. While this kind of a plot would make for an excellent Lifetime movie, it proves to be a tricky story to tell when Bravo cameras aren’t even allowed outside of the prison.

While the news seems sudden, we should remember that this isn’t the first time the original housewife has been let go from the franchise. After Season 4, Whitfield was absent from the show until finally returning as a “friend” in Season 8. It wasn’t until Season 9 that Whitfield returned in full housewife capacity. Whitfield’s termination comes days after the news that gal pal Kim Zolciak-Biermann will also not be returning next season. Andy Cohen, executive producer of the Housewives franchises, confirmed those rumors to E! News by saying “Yeah, I’ve seen the last of that wig at these reunions.”

Whitfield has yet to post on social media reacting to the news, so perhaps there are more bones to collect from this story. You can catch more (perhaps the final glimpses) of Shereé and the rest of the Atlanta Housewives on part three of the reunion this Sunday, April 22nd at 8p EST.
