What do you get for the girl who is about to have everything? A wax figure of course. Yes, that’s right, just days before her big, royal wedding to Prince Harry, Meghan Markle had her own wax figure added to London’s Madame Tussauds Wax Museum today. After 4 years going stag, the Prince Harry figure has been coupled up with his soon-to-be wife for a special bachelor and bachelorette-themed event on the eve of the couple’s wedding. After that, the duo will, of course, remain a permanent fixture for everyone to see.
The figure wears a green P.A.R.O.S.H dress along with a stunning replica of the actress’ engagement ring. I have to admit, living in New York and going to the wax museum on many occasions has jaded me into thinking that the wax figures are sometimes less “wax museum” and more House Of Wax….I mean some are just downright scary! But, in the case of future Princess Markle, even I can admit that they nailed it. The sultry smirk, the warm eyes and of course the killer hair, all make this figure look as real as can be. The general manager of the museum, Edward Fuller, released a statement saying “excitement ahead of the royal wedding is reaching fever pitch and we have been inundated with questions about when people can finally meet ‘Their Royal Likenesses. There is a lot of love out there for Meghan and Harry and we’re following their lead by inviting the great British public to join the couple in their wedding celebrations here at Madame Tussauds London.”
The wedding of the decade is happening on May 19th at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, so have your fascinators ready! In the meantime, check out the rest of the images of the Meghan Markle was figure below!
