As the outspoken husband to Ashley Darby, Michael Darby has been to known to push boundaries on The Real Housewives Of Potomac but this time he may have officially crossed the line. According to charging documents, Darby “grabbed and groped” a cameraman while filming the upcoming season of the popular reality show.

The official documents were served on September 1st, three days after the alleged incident took place. In the official documents Orville Palmer, a cameraman for Truly Original Productions, stated  “as I turned around (Darby) smiled and gave me a flirtatious look” before ultimately groping his backside. Palmer then said he asked Darby to stop before reporting the incident to his superiors and ultimately the authorities.

According to TMZ, Darby was charged with felony assault, in addition to misdemeanor improper sexual contact. Of the incident Bravo released the following statement: “Bravo has comprehensive policies and guidelines relating to the safety of cast and crew which production companies are required to follow, in addition to their own protocols they have in place. We take all allegations seriously and then proceed accordingly with our producing partners.” Darby has been suspended from the series until further notice.

Neither Michael or Ashley Darby have publicly spoken about the allegations.
