CAPTAIN AMERICA Sequel has Three Actresses Vying for Major Role
CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER is narrowing down it's choices for the female lead.
Three actresses may be up for the role of a lifetime: Captain America’s female lead in Marvel’s upcoming sequel THE WINTER SOLDIER.
IMDb is reporting that Anna Kendrick, Felicity Jones, and FRIGHT NIGHT’s Imogen Poots are up for Steve Rogers’ love interest.
No word yet on a favorite, but the news follows the casting of Anthony Mackie in another undisclosed role.
Chris Evans is set to return in the title role, along with Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (who is expected to turn into one of the films villains).
CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER will hit theaters in 2014.
