TRAILER ALERT: Kathryn Bigelow’s ZERO DARK THIRTY Gets A Trailer

After Seal Team 6 killed Osama Bin Laden on May 2, 2011, plenty of filmmakers were searching for ways to recreate the events. Academy Award winners Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal (THE HURT LOCKER) took on the task but not without controversy. The original name of the project was KILL BIN LADEN, and it has gone through plenty of other controversies, including having to answer questions about where Mark Boal and Kathryn Bigelow were actually getting  the information for the script. Some believe information for the story was gained illegally and through confidential documents. Beyond the controversy, we will be getting a recreation of the decades long search for Osama Bin Laden now entitled ZERO DARK THIRTY, with a cast that includes Joel Edgerton, Jessica Chastain, Mark Strong, Chris Pratt and Jennifer Ehle.
