Sean Kingston’s JetSki accident lead to serious injuries, two open heart surgeries, and almost death. But that doesn’t mean he can’t get fined!
E! News is reporting that Kingston is, in fact, being fined for his JetSki crash because it could have been prevented had he taken precautions.
Officer Jorge Pino, a spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, told the site that investigators did a three month investigation and determined Kingston was inexperienced and inattentive. Had he taken a boat safety class or read the manual, the accident could have been prevented.
Kingston was cited for careless operation and not having a boater safety ID card, and was fined $180.
