Want to See a BATMAN 4? Gary Oldman Says How It’s Going to Happen…

If you're a fan of Chris Nolan's BATMAN films, then you are dreading the fact that THE DARK KNIGHT RISES will be the final chapter in his saga. But that doesn't mean it'll be the last of the BATMAN films.

If you’re a fan of Chris Nolan’s BATMAN films, then you are dreading the fact that THE DARK KNIGHT RISES will be the final chapter in his saga.  But that doesn’t mean it’ll be the last of the BATMAN films.

In a new interview with CraveOnline, Gary Oldman talked about the franchise, and said that while it may be the last lap for many of the cast and crew, fans should have a lot more to look forward to:

“For us I think it’s the end. Whether they will make more, my guess is probably…They don’t have [‘Harry Potter’] anymore. So, there could be a Batman 4 and 5. It may be Chris overseeing it in a producing position, but for us and for Chris I think that’s it. It’s a great way to go out though. It’s a great story.”

That is a very true fact…within a short period of time, Warner Bros will be losing both HARRY POTTER and BATMAN, two of their biggest money making franchises.  And something tells me that if they can keep going with Batman, they won’t let go that easily…

Or maybe Chris Nolan will just turn into Michael Bay…
