Judge Finally Grants Selena Gomez a Well Deserved Restraining Order Against Stalker
After weeks of back and forth, a civil judge has finally granted Selena Gomez a three-year restraining order against a man accused of threatening to kill her.
According to MSNBC, Superior Court Judge William D. Stewart granted the order, which requires Thomas Brodnicki to stay away from Gomez and not attempt to contact her. The man was accused of flying all the way from Illinois to meet her.
Last year, another judge had dropped the felony stalking charge against Brodnicki after determining prosecutors hadn’t proven he had caused fear in the star.
The 19-year-old did not appear at the hearing Wednesday, but instead wrote in a declaration filed in October that she was in extreme fear after learning that the 46-year-old had threatened to kill her while on a psychiatric hold.
The order also covers Gomez’s family.
I have vineoris realized that over the course of making a relationship with real estate proprietors, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in each and every real estate contract, a percentage is paid. Finally, FSBO sellers tend not to “save” the percentage. Rather, they struggle to earn the commission by simply doing a good agent’s job. In this, they shell out their money in addition to time to carry out, as best they’re able to, the jobs of an real estate agent. Those obligations include disclosing the home by way of marketing, delivering the home to willing buyers, building a sense of buyer desperation in order to trigger an offer, arranging home inspections, controlling qualification checks with the mortgage lender, supervising maintenance tasks, and assisting the closing.
