Good news to report today in the world of television: Alex Trebek, the longtime host of “Jeopardy”, is doing fine after suffering his minor heart attack.

A show rep told E! News today that the 71-year-old Trebek is “up and about and in good spirits while doctors complete their testing at Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute,” adding that “he has been moved to a regular room today and looks forward to returning home as soon as his doctors give their approval.”

Trebek, who has been the host of “Jeopardy!” since 1984, had a previous heart attack in 2007. He also landed in the hospital last summer with a snapped Achilles tendon after chasing a burglar from his San Francisco hotel room.
