Jessica Biel Wants To Play April O’Neil In TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES
We’ve been hearing a lot of bad news about Michael Bay’s new TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLE reboot, but there’s one new little rumor that may just balance it all out: Jessica Biel as April O’Neil!
During a press conference for her new film, TOTAL RECALL, Biel was asked if she would be interested in playing the yellow-clad reporter that every boy crushed on and every girl wanted to be:
“I always liked the ‘Ninja Turtles…I dig April, she’s cool. She wore a yellow suit and she was a redhead. That was a great show, I loved it as a kid so sure! Yeah!”
If Jessica Biel were playing April ONeil, then that would be a movie I would see! Maybe this could be good after all…
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman. It is set to be released May 16th, 2014.
