Access Hollywood is reporting that Simpson and boyfriend, actor Vincent Piazza have ended their relationship. A source told Us Weekly that the two did not end things on a bad note, and their time apart was to blame:
“There was no bad blood and no third party involved. It was honestly just a long distance relationship and it became too hard to make it work…It’s not necessarily forever and they could get back together. Nobody is to blame. Just the distance.”
The singer and “Boardwalk Empire” star began dating back in 2011 after Ashlee filed for divorce from Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz.
