A few days ago, some jerk posted a fake tweet from Entertainment Tonight claiming Justin Bieber had cancer. Some celebs actually tweeted in support, and it's been reported that some girls even shaved their head in support. But it seems like the whole story - even the shaved heads - could be a fabrication.
