There have definitely been actors who have expressed their dissatisfaction with some of their previous works. Usually, they'll sigh, look down at the floor, say a snide remark or apology to the audience, and movie on. And then there's Bob Hoskins, who I think has given the best response to any bad movie done by an actor ever.
