Florence Henderson’s TMI Moment.

As Carol Brady, Florence Henderson was America’s favorite mom. But her new book reveals a sordid one-night stand that will have readers screaming “TMI!”  No one needs to know about Carol Brady’s nether regions.

Never afraid to go for shock value, Henderson opens up in her September book “Life is Not A Stage”  about an extramarital affair that sent her to the pharmacy.

Here comes the gross part… According to the New York Post, is the 1960’s, and Flo had a quicki with then NYC Mayor John Lindsay:

Says the Post:

“I was lonely. I knew it wasn’t the right thing to do. So, what did I do? I did it…”

The next day, TV’s upstanding Carol Brady found “little black things” crawling over her bed and private parts, she wrote.

She was so grossed out, she ran right to a doctor who diagnosed her with a case of pubic lice. Though Lindsay sent flowers as an apology, Henderson vowed never to hook up with him again.

“Guess I learned the hard way that crabs do not discriminate, but cross over all socioeconomic strata,” Henderson writes. “He must have had quite the active life. What a way to put the kibosh on a relationship.”

The strange part to me is that she says it ‘put the kibosh on a relationship.’ She was hoping to find more? Wait… on second thought, the strange part is that she would tell this story in a book in the first place.
