Conrad Murray has officially filed his appeal.
According to MSNBC, Murray filed a notice in Los Angeles yesterday that he intends to appeal the conviction. The notice seeks all records and transcripts from the case, but does not indicate the basis on which Murray will argue to overturn his conviction.
The doctor was sentenced to four years in prison on Tuesday for involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.
