According to Us Weekly, the 25-year-old British actor recently popped the question to THE IDES OF MARCH actress.
While there has been no comment from either party, the 24-year-old Wood was seen wearing a huge ring late Saturday night while leaving The Hotel Cafe with Bell in Hollywood.
The couple dated back in 2006, and got back together last summer. They met back in 2005 as costars in Green Day’s “Wake Me Up When September Ends” music video.
This is the second engagement for Wood, who was engaged to Marilyn Manson in 2010.
