“Walking Dead” Fans, A MAJOR Spoiler Was Slipped in the BluRay Announcement!

If you’re a fan of “The Walking Dead” and don’t want to find anything out about the future of season 2, I suggest you stop reading right now.  Seriously.  Stop.

Okay, fine, you asked for it..

Yesterday, the AMC website featured an ad for the Season 2 DVD release of the hit show, and with it revealed a major spoiler!  Check out the screencap from AMC website below:

Yes, Shane’s last episode!

While this could be referencing something along the lines of Shane going out on his own, fans of the comics know that Shane has lasted a lot longer on television than he should have.  To add to the mysterious, the post has since been removed, and an AMC spokesperson has said in a statement: “The post on the AMC store was completely unauthorized. The matter is currently under investigation.”

That means that something bad was leaked, and someone is getting fired…so yeah, if it’s that bad, I’m assuming Shane’s dying within the next few episodes.

We shall find out soon enough anyway…only three episodes are left in the second season.
