The actress was on a late flight last night, and made it to DC in time to attend the White House Correspondents’ Garden Brunch this morning.

UPDATE 1: Despite being invited to one of the most prestigious events in politics, some people just can’t get it together.

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan did not show up at LAX this afternoon for her scheduled 1 PM flight to Washington DC for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

Lindsay was supposed to be on the flight along with her lawyer, Shawn Holley, but plans on taking a later flight.  No reason for the no-show was given, but there are reports that Lindsay was out late last night…

Tomorrow night, Washington and Hollywood’s most elite will be gathered in the same room for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Oh yeah, and Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan will be seated among them.

TMZ is reporting that Kim and Lindsay were both invited by Fox News Channel (?!), and will be seated at their table for the event.
