Matthew Fox Arrested For DUI

Matthew Fox had a bit of trouble with the law this weekend.

According to TMZ, Fox was arrested at 3:23AM on suspicion of driving under the influence.  He was taken into custody and released later that day.

Details surrounding the arrest are unclear, but sources say there was another passenger in the car, and the two were heading to a fast food restaurant for a snack.
