According to TMZ, Stuart Dunn was detained Friday, for allegedly stalking the 28-year-old actress in front of her gym. It was the third day in a row he showed up at the facility looking for her.
Law enforcement sources tell the site that Dunn was arrested for allegedly burglarizing Kunis’ home in January. He pleaded no contest and was given 36 months probation, as well as a three-year restraining order.
By showing up at Kunis’ gym, Dunn has violated that restraining order, and could be jailed as a result. He is now in a mental facility for evaluation.
