It has been almost forty years since THE EXORCIST first hit screens and scared the demon-fearing pants off us. And now, MARTHA MARCY MAY MARLENE director Sean Durkin has announced that he is planning to bring the movie to television with a ten-episode series.
According to WorstPreviews, Durkin’s adaptation will serve as sort of book ends to the horror classic, following the events leading up to the demonic possession, as well as how the family copes with it.
The only question now is how much pea soup will be needed…
