VIDEO: Lady Gaga Hit In The Head By A Pole During Her Concert, Suffers a Concussion
You have to hand it to Lady Gaga…the girl is one tough cookie…
Fan site Gagamedia.net is reporting that Gaga received a concussion right in the middle of her “Born This Way Ball” show in Auckland, New Zealand, last night, due to being smacked in the head with a pole.
The incident, which you could see below, took place during the song “Judas,” when one of the dancers lost accidentally hit the singer with the steel rod.
Gaga continued with the performance for another 16 songs, and even announced some of the time through, “I want to apologize…I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don’t you worry I will finish this show.”
Lady Gaga’s makeup artist later confirmed that the singer was recovering, writing on Twitter:
“Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. She wants u to know she loves u. I’m taking care of her. cant believe she finished the show.”
Even if you’re not a fan of Gaga, you have to give her props for that one…
