Are Clint Eastwood, Harrison Ford, and Nicolas Cage Going To Be In EXPENDABLES 3?!
THE EXPENDABLES 2 hasn’t even hit theaters yet, and we’re already being fed rumors about a third entry that is even more star studded than we could have ever imagined!
Joblo.com is reporting that the film’s producer, Avi Lerner, is already thinking about bringing some huge stars in for the third entry of the crazy action franchise. So who are they talking about? I guess I’ll just let Avi tell you about that one:
“We’ve approached Clint Eastwood to be one of the guys, we’ve got a character in mind for him. We’re talking to Harrison Ford. [And we want] Wesley Snipes when he comes back from prison. I’ll give you one more name, we’ve got Nicolas Cage to play [one of the characters].”
“And we’re going to bring Mickey Rourke back, if he won’t be too crazy. I like Mickey. And of course, all the existing stars [will return]”
Yes! Clint Eastwood?! Harrison Ford?!
While I could see Snipes and Nicolas Cage signing on in a second, it would be absolutely glorious to have the epitome of action stars (Eastwood) show up somehow. And how would it not be beautiful to see Rourke come back from the dead and Ford make a few “give me my family!” jokes?
