Access Hollywood is reporting that the former “Friends” star and TROPIC THUNDER writer are now engaged, with Justin’s rep telling the site that Justin popped the question on his birthday:

“Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage.”

The 43-year-old actress and 41-year-old writer met while filming WANDERLUST.  This will be the second marriage for Aniston, and the first for Theroux.
