TMZ is reporting that Joe Simpson was pulled over on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks last Saturday around 10PM. After sensing that he was intoxicated, police arrested the 54-year-old, and put him behind bars for the rest of the night.
Mr. Simpson posted bail at 9:41 the following day. No criminal charges have been filed just yet, but even if they were, the pop daddy will probably only receive a fine, since it’s his first offense.
