UPDATE: Is Michael Strahan Kelly Ripa’s New Co-Host?!
UPDATE: Multiple sources, including the New York Daily News and The Huffington Post are reporting that the man that will be filling Regis’ shoes come September 4th will be former New York Giants defender Michael Strahan! Strahan has been a long time fan favorite in New York and has spent the last several years as a member of fox’s NFL pregame show “Fox NFL Sunday”.

The NY Daily News is reporting that after fifty-nine guest co-hosts Kelly Ripa and company will announce their permanent second host on Tuesday, September 4!
No word on who the host will be, but the News is reporting that Seth Meyers, former football star Michael Strahan and singer Josh Groban are on a short list. Myers, however, has denied in the past that he has any interest in the job.
I guess just like us, you’ll have to wait another two weeks to find out for sure!
