Rosie O’Donnell Secretely Married Girlfriend Earlier This Year

Congrats to Rosie O’Donnell!  She’s been a married woman for the past two months!

Rosie revealed the news on her blog yesterday that she secretly married girlfriend Michelle Rounds in June.  In her usual poetry writing, she wrote:

“we married in private / before her surgery / just the 2 of us.”

Rounds was diagnosed with desmoid tumors, and had her first surgery on June 14.

Rosie, who suffered a heart attack earlier this month, said she and Michelle plan to have a real ceremony once everything calms down and they are both healthy again:

“when we r both well enough / will have the wedding of r dreams / surrounded by those we cherish / thankful for the love and support / so many have given us / during these trying times.”

The 50-year-old comedian previously dated Tracy Kachtick-Anders until they split in 2011.  She was also with her longtime girlfriend Kelli Carpenter, with which she has five children together, from 2004-2007.
