The film follows Pitt’s Jackie Coogan, a professional mob enforcer hired to investigate the robbery of a mob run poker game. And if that isn’t cool enough for you, just know that it co-stars Richard Jenkins, James Gandolfini, and Ray Liotta back in GOODFELLAS mode.
KILLING THEM SOFTLY hits theaters September 21st, and if The Weinstein Company’s track record is any indication, could become a possible Oscar nominee soon after.
