UPDATE: Brown’s publicist, Jeff Raymond, tells E! Online that the tattoo “is a sugar skull (associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead) and a MAC cosmetics design he saw. It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported. It is peeling right now,”
Tattoo artist Peter Koskela also confirmed the report, saying, “It’s a sugar skull based on the MAC design that Chris brought me.”

TMZ has just posted a new photo of the R&B singer with a brand new tattoo that many are saying is Rihanna.
The tattoo, which was inked sometime between August 30th and September 1st (the date of the above photos) features a woman that looks strikingly similar to the 24-year-old singer. If that’s not enough to get you wondering, many feel that the woman looks like she’s been beaten…
