TMZ is reporting that a jury has just ordered the “Girls Gone Wild” creator to pay yet another $20 Million to casino mogul Steve Wynn, on TOP of the $20 Million he was ordered to pay yesterday!

Sources say that the additional $20 million is for punitive damages in Steve Wynn’s defamation lawsuit against Francis, who accused Wynn of threatening to have him murdered over a gambling debt.

After the ruling, Wynn released a statement, saying, “Joe Francis represents a new kind of criminal type: the digital assassin. He takes advantage of the protection afforded by the internet to issue intentionally destructive charges against someone’s reputation…Thank God for the justice system that finally sent a message.”

To make the ruling even sweeter, Wynn has promised to donate all $40 Million to charity.

Joe, on the other hand, said he plans to contest the verdict and expects the decision to be overturned.
