Goodyear Tires Offers Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes Free Safe Driving Lessons

This may be one of the smartest marketing moves a tire company could ever make!

Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes have had just a bit of trouble over the past few weeks with their road skills…Lindsay possibly hit someone early Wednesday morning and Amanda got her license suspended after a few hit and runs and a DUI or two.

So what does a responsible tire company like Goodyear do for these wonderful actresses?  Offer them free private safe driving lessons!

Goodyear has sent out letters to both women offering them completely free trips to the company’sOhio headquarters for a private safe driving lesson with a Goodyear professional driver at the company’s track!  The letter, signed by a company vice-president, says that Lohan and Bynes have “struggled behind the wheel before” and empathize, saying that “driving can be a real challenge.”

And of course, there’s a pitch in there for Goodyear tires and dealers…

No word yet on whether or not either actress will take up the tire company on their offer.  Either way, I want to shake that vice-president’s hand.
