Janeane Garofalo Was Unknowingly Married For The Past Two Decades!

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right?  Not for Janeane Garofalo!

The LA Times is reporting that the 48-year-old comedian and actress was actually married for the last twenty years, and neither she nor the groom knew about it!

Garofalo told the story this past Saturday at a New York Comedy Festival reunion for “The Ben Stiller Show, saying that she and former “Stiller Show” writer Rob Cohen got married drunk in Vegas back in the 90s, yet neither thought it was real because it was at a drive-through chapel!

“[We thought] you have to go down to the courthouse and sign papers and stuff…so who knew?”

The union was recently uncovered by Cohen’s lawyer when the current “Big Bang Theory” producer was getting ready to marry another woman.

So how did the two resolve the issue for Cohen and his bride-to-be?   The two officially split at a bank in New York City just a half-hour before the panel discussion where Garofalo told the story!
