I think we have our definitive Superman movie.

After months of speculation as to what Zach Snyder would deliver, the first trailer for MAN OF STEEL has finally been revealed, and it’s safe to say that it has shut down any non-believers.

Taking a page from the Dark Knight Saga, Snyder’s Superman is a reflective one, trying to find his place in the world.  Yes, we have another origin story, but this time, the focus on destiny and self worth comes to the forefront and the cheesiness and ease that most cynics hate about Supes is left in the back.
