Steinmayr was jumping from the Gran Bali Hotel in Spain. The crowd below could tell things were not going well when the chute malfunctioned, causing her swing against the building several times. Somehow she landed on a 10th floor balcony. The crowd below could tell things were not going well.

I’m all for thrill seeking – wait… actually I’m not – I hate risking my life – but at least with jumping out of a plane the buildings don’t get in the way going down…
