Dog Refuses to Leave The Side Of A Slain Soldier.
Navy SEAL U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Jon T. Tumilson was among 30 American troops killed on August sixth when Taliban insurgents shot down their helicopter with a rocket propelled grenade.
And while the story was already heartbreaking, the funeral was made even more emotional when Tumilson's loyal dog Hawkeye walked up to his casket and lied down beside it, refusing to leave his master's side.
