It’s over for Justin and Jessica. PEOPLE Magazine reports that it’s splitsville for the couple.

“there are no hard feelings,” a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. “It was completely mutual and they both decided it was time to move on.”

The couple started dating in 2007, but the romance had appeared to fizzle somewhat publicly, with both celebs attending events without the other.
