Lindsay Lohan Serves Up A New Batch Of Trouble.

Lindsay Lohan is seemingly back on the path of bad behavior. The actress (at this rate, it seems closer to 'former' actress) reportedly failed a recent sobriety test, and also left Matt Lauer high and dry with a camera crew at her own house. After Lauer and the NBC team arrived, Lohan had demanded 100,000 in payment for the interview.

Lindsay Lohan is seemingly back on the path of bad behavior. The actress (at this rate, it seems closer to ‘former’ actress) reportedly failed a recent sobriety test, and also left Matt Lauer high and dry with a camera crew at her own house. After Lauer and the NBC team arrived, Lohan had demanded 100,000 in payment for the interview.

According to TMZ: “Lohan tested positive for alcohol earlier this month … and has been ordered to appear in front of an L.A. County Superior Court judge tomorrow morning  … and the Probation Dept. wants her in jail.”

UPDATE: the judge, after learning that the timeline for her ‘no-drinking’ rule has expired, determined that she was not violating the law after all. She was not sent to jail, and in fact remains under house arrest, free to party from home. Grrrrrreat.

TMZ continues:

Lindsay was tested twice last week.  Sources tell TMZ … Lindsay tested positive for alcohol on one of the tests and negative on the other.  In both tests, she tested negative for drugs.  One of the tests was administered just after Lindsay had a rooftop barbecue party.

Lindsay Lohan looked like this once.

Meanwhile, the New York Post reports that Lohan had agreed to do an interview from her home (since she’s under house arrest) with the TODAY show’s Matt Lauer. After Lauer (who flew in from NYC) and his crew arrived, she refused to come downstairs unless they agreed to pay 100 thousand dollars for the interview. Her publicist reportedly is taking responsibility for the no-show or, more appropriately, ‘no-come-down-the stairs) but either way it makes Lohan once again look like a rude, self-centered diva.
