Dog Refuses to Leave The Side Of A Slain Soldier.

Navy SEAL U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Jon T. Tumilson was among 30 American troops killed on August sixth when Taliban insurgents shot down their helicopter with a rocket propelled grenade.

And while the story was already heartbreaking, the funeral, earlier this week in Rockford, Iowa, was made even more emotional when Tumilson’s loyal dog Hawkeye walked up to his casket and lied down beside it. Some attendees claim he let out a sigh, refusing to leave his master’s side.

Someone took video from that day and looped it…taking it from a news report that only provided a few seconds of the scene. (It also appears to be sped up a bit.) The clip has since gone viral…
